Man missing since Saturday

Lou Schneider, 81, was reported missing by family on Saturday. He was believed to have had dinner in the early evening Saturday at Grand Junction’s Golden Corral restaurant.



Lou Schneider, 81, was reported missing Saturday by his family.

It is believed he ate at Golden Corral, 1100 Independent Ave., early Saturday evening and has not been seen since, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department. He is 5-feet, 11-inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has brown eyes and gray hair, and may be driving a green, 1999, four-door Buick Century with the license plate number 551 WYA.

Anyone who sees Schneider or knows his location is asked to call non-emergency dispatch at 242-6707.
