Mountains a traffic mess right now

Travel along Interstate 70 through the mountain corridor is difficult to impossible this afternoon, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

CDOT reports that I-70 is closed in both directions at Vail Pass, due to multiple accidents. They also report that eastbound I-70 was blocked at the Eisenhower Tunnel for a time due to a jack-knifed semi, but the tunnel is now clear.
