RSSNoodles and Company opens Tuesday
The much anticipated opening of Noodles and Company took place Wednesday morning.
There’s a bowl of noodles, then there’s a bowl of noodles.
If the soft-opening lines were any indication, Noodles & Company offers the latter. The Boulder-based restaurant, which opened Tuesday at 2474 Highway 6 & 50 — next door to Coldstone Creamery — was open by invitation only
Saturday and Monday to allow staff time to practice and work out any kinks in running a new restaurant.
And it was packed, because if there’s one thing people love, it’s a delicious bowl of noodles.
The restaurant offers various pastas with Asian, Mediterranean and American influences and ingredients: a macaroni and cheese with baby portabella mushrooms and truffle oil, penne pasta with spinach and feta in a wine sauce, pad thai with chili and scrambled egg, and many other dishes.
