Not really sure why year after year after year the Central FB program has the same results. I feel sorry for the kids who do all the summer camps, preconditioning, and give it their all during practice. I really don’t believe the coaches can’t find skilled and competitive players at most every position. Maybe it isn’t the players maybe the coaches who come in with the same tired stuff every year need to look at themselves. It isn’t fair to the kids or the FB program when this is what coaches have to offer every single year. I can only assume the AD director at Central is completely satisfied with 2-3 wins per year. I have no dog in this fight. I graduated from Fruita and my kids from Palisade. I just love high school football and wished someone from Central would realize their football program is a mess.
