Palisade Town Board favors continued sponsorship of festival

After nearly breaking even in its first year, the Palisade Bluegrass and Roots Festival - sponsored by the town of Palisade - lost more than $44,000 in 2010. A majority of town trustees favor continued sponsorship because the festival would help businesses, although some trustees said budget cutting is needed.
