Pitkin County ranch sells for $41 million

ASPEN — One the most expensive real estate deals in Pitkin County’s history has closed with the $41 million sale of the Jigsaw Ranch on the backside of Aspen Mountain.

The deal involves separate transactions for the ranch’s upper and lower portions.

According to the Aspen Daily News, the upper estate has a 12,200-square-foot residence with six bedrooms and six baths.

The lower estate has a 5,700-square-foot home, along with a 1,200-square-foot guest house and a log cabin.

The buyers were identified as two companies from Delaware.
