Felon arrested after traffic stop

Erik Ray Jayne, 39, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of possession of a concealed weapon by a felon, possession of suspected methamphetamine, and fleeing from officers during a traffic stop, according to the Grand Junction Police Department.

According to the Grand Junction Police Department:

Jewelry valued at more than $1,000 was reported stolen Friday from a building in the 1400 block of Patterson Road.

A thief entered a home in the 500 block of U.S. Highway 50 and took less than $1,000 in cash Friday.

A thief stole a vehicle valued at more than $1,000 from the 2100 block of North Avenue on Friday.

According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:

Stephanie Geneva Rose Hamlin, 21, 1831 David St., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of being an accessory to a crime.

David Anselmo Arellano, 28, 527 Bow String Drive, was arrested on suspicion of drug manufacturing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
