Liquor customer intoxicated
Ann Tillery, 49, was issued a summons Monday on suspicion she attempted to steal nearly $100 worth of liquor from Fisher’s Discount Liquor Barn, 2438 F Road, according to the Grand Junction Police Department.
A store manager told officers that Tillery was irate when confronted about attempting to steal liquor, the police said. An investigation of the incident revealed Tillery drove to the liquor store while intoxicated, police said.
Business reports theft
An employee at a business at 2482 Commerce Blvd. reported Friday that items valued at more than $1,000 were stolen from a construction trailer. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 241-7867.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
A child is suspected of sexually assaulting another child in the southeastern quadrant of the city. The incident was reported Monday, and the investigation is ongoing.
Someone stole a motorcycle valued at more than $1,000 from the 800 block of First Street on Feb. 11.
According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:
A woman reported Tuesday that someone broke out the back window of her vehicle in the 3000 block of F 1/2 Road. There were no witnesses.
A woman reported Tuesday hat someone caused $200 in damage to the window of her vehicle in the 600 block of Stonegate Drive.
