Suspected drunken driver

A Grand Junction man targeted by police for allegedly driving too fast on icy roads Thursday was issued a summons on suspicion of several other driving violations, according to the Grand Junction Police Department.

David Waite, 19, received a summons on suspicion of DUI, being a minor in possession of alcohol, failing to present evidence of insurance, driving with a revoked license and for driving too fast for road conditions, the Police Department said.

According to the Grand Junction Police Department:

A vandal on Thursday caused more than $1,000 in damage to a home in the 1200 block of Texas Avenue.

Jesse Michael Nagel, 27, 576 1/2 Clifton Way, was arrested on suspicion of theft, criminal impersonation, identity theft and a probation violation.

According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:

Ronato Perez-Hernandez, 29, of Los Angeles, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree forgery, possession of a forged instrument, driving without a valid license, driving an unregistered vehicle and an immigration violation.
