Help sought in case
Authorities need the public’s help in finding the people or person involved in five home burglaries between Aug. 22 and Oct. 5.
The homes burglarized were in the 100 block of Hillcrest Avenue, the 300 block of Walnut Avenue and the 300 block of McFarland Court, according to the Grand Junction Police Department.
The five homes were occupied at the time of the burglaries, and the suspect or suspects entered through unlocked doors, the Police Department said.

Assault suspect arrested
Abel Antonio Pollock, 32, 528 Garden Court, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of second-degree assault, harassment and trespassing, according to the Grand Junction Police Department.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
Kristy Ruth Lee, 27, 2853 North Ave., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, driving without a valid license, driving with no proof of insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Someone stole vehicle parts valued at more than $1,000 from the 700 block of 23 1/10 Road on Tuesday.
Someone broke into and stole property from a vehicle in the 100 block of N. Sixth Avenue on Tuesday. The stolen items were valued at less than $1,000
Someone stole property valued at more than $1,000 from the 300 block of Hill Avenue on Tuesday.
