One night, two arrests
Pamela Jean Trombley, 39, and Joseph Clifford Valdez, 54, both of 535 W. Aspen Ave. #17 in Fruita, were arrested Saturday night on separate allegations, according to the Fruita Police Department.
Trombley was arrested at 10:57 p.m. on suspicion of felony menacing, misdemeanor prohibited use of a weapon, disorderly conduct, and reckless endangerment, the Police Department said.
Valdez was arrested at 11:52 p.m. on suspicion of weapon possession by a previous offender, the Police Department said.
Someone reported two juvenile boys were climbing the side of a business building in the 500 block of Clifton Way on Saturday afternoon. The reporting person took photographs and gave them to authorities.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
A woman is suspected of intimidating a witness of a criminal case. The incident was reported Friday. An investigation is ongoing, and the Police Department would not provide further information.
A 49-year-old man was ticketed for alleged reckless endangerment for driving a lawn mower in the 800 block of North Avenue Saturday with two small children aboard.
A thief took a vehicle valued at less than $10,000 from the 1200 block of Gunnison Avenue on Saturday.
According to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department:
A vandal egged a car parked in the 500 block of Aurora Way in Clifton on Friday night or early Saturday morning. Damage was estimated at $50. A report was taken.
A vehicle parked in the 400 block of Fox Run in Clifton Saturday had both rear windows broken out. The registered owner of the car could not be found. Damage was estimated at $300.
According to the Colorado State Patrol:
Jesus Francisco Villanueva-Baez was arrested Saturday on Interstate 70 on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
