Report: 1 ejected in accident near De Beque on I-70

Emergency crews are responding to a reported two-vehicle accident on Interstate 70 in which one person was ejected from a vehicle, according to the Colorado State Patrol and initial radio reports.

One lane of eastbound and westbound traffic on I-70 was reportedly blocked after the accident, roughly two miles east of De Beque on I-70. Initial reports aired just after 2 p.m.

St. Mary’s Careflight helicopter was dispatched the scene.
