Several Easter egg hunts open to public

Kids, it’s time to practice those Easter egg hunting skills

There are a few egg hunts open to the public and taking place Saturday, April 3.

Grand Villa Assisted Living, 1501 Patterson Road, will have its annual Easter egg hunt at 2 p.m. The hunt is for all children ages 10 and under and is free of charge.

Punch and cookies will be served after the event. Call 241-9706 for information.

Bill Heddles Recreation Center in Delta will have its annual Easter “EggStravaganza” from noon to 2 p.m. Festivities for children ages 2–10 will begin in the gym with egg decorating, games and crafts. Take a camera for photos with the Easter Bunny.

Cost is $5 per child with accompanying adults free of charge. The admission includes swimming after the event. Call 874-0923 for information.
