One outta three ain’t bad eh?  Sounds like Meatloaf? Oh wait, that was two outta three!  Really, teachers with guns in the classroom is clearly not the answer.  Good decision.  But, Lowenstein is willing to give up $23 million over a $1 tax increase then sit around and bitch about low test scores and how the District is failing?  Not to mention a reform of school funding in Colorado which is high on the agenda.

And, really Pat, we need higher expectations?  Being the best isn’t a high enough expectation?  Since class size is less important please provide the data on that statement and I will eat somebody’s hat for every case in which it is true IF you eat the hats for the data proving that class size makes a marked difference in learning outcomes!
