Q&A:

Q: What has been your most memorable experience in high school?

A: My most memorable moment in high school was when I was in Mr. Santy’s U.S. History class and I was the only person in the class that got a 100 percent on the test for the quarter and the person in front of me was cheating.

Q: What is your favorite subject and why?

A: My favorite subject will probably be science just for the fact I understand it; also for the reason that it is amazing how much stuff we don’t understand about the world. I just enjoy learning what makes the world tick.

Q: What are you looking for in a college?

A: I am looking for a college that has an awesome outdoors program as well as many different degrees, because honestly my major will probably change over the period of college.

Q: What would you tell a freshman who wants to make the most of his or her years in high school?

A: To remember you’re only in high school once for four years. Make the most out of every moment. Live your life to the fullest; in a blink of an eye it’s over. Everyone says this for advice. I just hope you are the first to take the advice and apply it to your life.

Q: If you could volunteer anywhere in the world, where would you go and what would you volunteer to do?

A: There is no specific location on where I would go. What I would like to do is rebuild a house for someone that has lost it in a natural disaster.

Q: Name three things you want to accomplish before age 30.

A: I want a stable career, a car that runs, and to have made an impact on someone’s life in a positive way.
