Q&A:

Q: What was the most memorable lesson you ever learned in a class?

A: That sometimes you need to schedule some time for yourself — Raisha Quinn.

A: I am most passionate about choir because singing is my passion and has always made me happy. I love being able to share the love of music with others.

Q: Describe a time when you knew you made a difference in the community or someone else’s life.

A: Every Christmas season, our Show choir and our Madrigal choir perform at nursing homes and social events around our community. During our performances, no matter if they have Alzheimer’s disease or if they are young and healthy, to see their eyes light up and their childhoods recognized through the gift of Christmas carols is just amazing and always worth the time.

Q: What are your goals for after high school?

A: A few of my goals are to get my college education,  extending my knowledge of music and improving my performance technique, and then a career that will share music with the world.

Q: What is your dream job?

A: To sing in the London Voices Choir and record music for movie soundtracks.
