Student stabbed at Otero Junior College

LA JUNTA — A suspect is in police custody after a student was stabbed at Otero Junior College in La Junta.

According to KKTV-TV, the suspect’s name has not been released, but the La Junta Police Department said the suspect is not a student.

The victim, who was not identified, was taken to the hospital after the stabbing on Thursday.

Activities on campus are running as scheduled.
