Western CO’s own Josh Penry was the senate sponsor of the 2010 bill that moved Front Range power plants from coal to natural gas.

The total per cent of population the Colorado counties voting on this issue,as of the 2010 US Census, represents equals 6.75%.
  Take away Weld county, the total drops to 1.73%
  We are governed via a Representative, not a Direct Democracy..Just how much control do these people want over the other 93.25% Coloradans?

  One other thing…these people don’t want to be part of Colorado?
as said often enough..don’t like it, go some where else, but leave our good state name here.
Go find another name for your state…
I may not like every law passed, but all in a second generation native, 
I am quite proud of what we are…
