House Speaker Frank McNulty plans to form a special committee examining changes to a legislative-privilege clause in the Colorado Constitution after the traffic stop controversy with Rep. Laura Bradford.

■ Today: The House Agriculture, Livestock & Natural Resources Committee will hear a bill about capturing methane gas in coal mines.

■ Tuesday: The House Judiciary Committee will review a bill that would require people found guilty of human trafficking to be liable for damages to the people they traffic.

■ Wednesday: The House State, Veterans & Military Affairs Committee will debate a bill that would bar local governments from voting in secret to fill vacancies.

■ Thursday: The Senate Agriculture, Natural Resources & Energy Committee will hear a bill to ban trans-fat foods in public schools.

■ Friday: The House Appropriations Committee will discuss a bill to lower fees for late vehicle registration.
