• It is a fact that there is a drug problem in this valley, and we seem to have many organizations focused on that, but what I don’t think is being addressed is the growing gang problems. I think that that is where the vandalism, thefts, shootings, stabbings and growing graffiti problem stem from. Why is there such denial in this town to recognize that?

• Is anyone watching commodity prices like gas and oil decline? More importantly, is anyone tracking the fact that many of the global gas companies have already starting pulling out rigs in western Colorado and eastern Utah? Glad we have diversified our economy.

• Drop in oil and gas prices was supposed to help Republicans get elected. Instead we got Democrats. And prices are still falling. Do you think ...?
