Joe Leech, store manager of Vitamin Cottage, pulls back the plastic on a flat of designer turkeys that the store received Friday. Vitamin Cottage is offering Mary's Free Range turkeys, Heritage turkeys and Mary's organic turkeys for sale this Thanksgiving season. Out of the 701 turkeys, 656 have already been sold in advance. "There are a few left if people still want one," he said.
