Info sought in rash of tire rim thefts
Law enforcement agencies need help in locating the person or people stole who tires and rims from Grand Valley businesses and residences on at least 14 occasions since Aug. 31. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers at 241-7867. Callers can remain anonymous.
Vehicle windows broken Tuesday
Someone reported that three windows valued at $500 were broken out of a vehicle parked in the 3000 block of Gunnison Avenue on Tuesday, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department.
According to the Grand Junction Police Department:
• Someone stole items valued at more than $1,000 from the 2300 block of River Road on Tuesday.
• Someone caused less than $500 in damage after breaking into a home Tuesday in the 2700 block of Laguna Drive.
• Someone stole items valued at more than $1,000 from a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Grand Avenue on Tuesday.
