• Former Grand Junction resident Frances Maud Kelly, 92, Austin, Texas, died April 30, 2008, at the Christopher House Hospice Center.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m. May 8 at Martin Mortuary chapel. Services will follow at 1 p.m.

Survivors include one son, David of Austin, Colo.; one daughter, Jean Thomas of Clifton; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

• Gladys D. Moore, 85, Delta, died April 30, 2008, at Montrose Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, George; one son, John Hanning of Cuero, Texas; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

• Mabel C. Myrick, 75, Delta, died April 30, 2008, at her home.

Services will take place at a later date.

Survivors include two sons, Duane Myrick of Delta and Robert Gulliford of Grand Junction; four daughters, Rhonda Newberry of Hayden, Lori Stein of Grand Junction and Sandra Myrick and Effiebell Gulliford, both of Hereford, Ariz.; one brother, Ralph Sterry of Grand Junction; two sisters, Linda Sterry of Grand Junction and Rose Amrick of Meeker; 16 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

• Vickie I. Pfister, 49, Montrose, died April 29, 2008, at her home.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Taylor Funeral Service in Delta.

Burial will be at Pea Green Cemetery in Olathe.

Mrs. Pfister was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Larry; two sons, Lance of Dallas and Brett of Montrose; one daughter, Terra Janaun Melvin of Montrose; two brothers, Henry Bellew of Delta and Gary Bellew of Olathe; three sisters, Linda McGehee of Delta, Carlene Neely of Grand Junction, and Sonja Gregory of Vici, Okla.; and two grandchildren.

• Robert “Bob” V. Smith, 88, Grand Junction, died April 25, 2008, at Larchwood Inns. Services will take place at 4 p.m. May 9 at The Commons.

Mr. Smith was the former owner and operator of the local Coors Beer distributorship in Grand Junction.

Survivors include his wife, Wonda; one sons, Ken of Asheboro, N.C.; two daughters, Linda Saylor of Bridgeport, Texas, and Paula Beemer of Gilbert, Ariz.; one brother, Tom of California; one sister, Bonnie Jensen of St. George, Utah; and three grandchildren.
