Mrs. Bennett was a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Larry of Puerta Vallarta, Mexico, and one stepson, Bobbie Barrett of Huntsville, Utah; one daughter, Linda Crow of Grand Junction, and one stepdaughter, Laura Pachico of Grand Junction; one brother, Allen Page, of Grand Junction; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

• Ernie A. Whitman, 79, Silt, died Oct. 30, 2009, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth; two sons, Wesley D. of Parachute and Wayne L. of Rifle; two daughters, Sheryl L. Stroup of Arvada and Charlene D. “Dink” Bagley of Silt; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
