Timothy Emmons a music teacher for Colorado Mesa University will teach a Masters Bass class on Friday, Feb 22th in the Recital Hall in the Moss Performing Arts Center on the CMU campus.The class is free and opened to the public. THe class will run from 3:00p.m. till 4:30p.m. Emmons is a freelance musican in Los Angeles and has played on over two hundred film and television scores

Visitors and dignitaries gather in the redesigned front lobby and stairwell of the Wayne N. Aspinall Federal Building during Wednesday’s rededication. The building was remodeled as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment of 2009 as a blend of the old and new; it is the first building on the National Register of Historic Places redesigned to achieve net zero energy while preserving its historic structure.
Crystal Geyser is located on the east bank of the Green River 4.5 miles downstream from Green River, Utah. It is a rare example of a cold water carbon dioxide driven geyser; geothermal activity does not play a role in the activity of the geyser.

The Butler Wash Ruins on Utah Hwy 95, are 10.5 miles west of Utah Hwy 191. The Butler Wash Ruins are a short half mile hike. The site consists of several structures; houses, granaries and four kivas. Moqui hand and footholds were carved by the ancient inhabitants.
