Artists lift a collection of woodcut prints printed with a road roller at Colorado Mesa University Thursday. CMU art students, faculty, Palisade High School IB students and some visiting artists participated in the printing process. The Art Gallery, located in the University student center, will feature the prints in an opening reception of the pieces from 6-8 p.m. Friday.

Mesa County Sheriff’s deputies cordon off the scene of a shooting in the parking lot of Infinity Nightclub, 2993 North Ave., with crime scene tape early Sunday morning. Several people were taken to the hospital from the scene.
