Appeals court rules pot must be returned

COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Court of Appeals is ordering Colorado Springs police to return more than 60 pounds of marijuana they seized from a cancer patient who was later acquitted of drug charges.

Bob Crouse plans to pick up his medical marijuana on Friday.

According to the Colorado Springs Gazette (http://tinyurl.com/c4og3uk ), Crouse uses marijuana oil to treat his leukemia.
