Death ruled homicide in Spanish Trail Rd. brawl
A man who died early Friday morning after a brawl outside a Grand Junction home suffered a blunt-force head injury, the Mesa County Coroner’s office said.
The coroner’s office said in a release today the death of James N. Rossett, 31, of Grand Junction, has been ruled homicide.
The Grand Junction Police Department was called around midnight Friday to a home at 711 1/2 Spanish Trail Dr., where the man was found not conscious and not breathing after being involved in a fight.
No arrests have been made in the case.
