Conservative can’t support
Tancredo’s latest effort
Here is my response to Tom Tancredo asking for my support for his third-party run for governor:
Yes, Tom, I supported you in your fight to stop amnesty for illegal immigrants and I supported it with what I could afford. Yes, Tom, I supported you with your run for the
presidency and I sent money to your campaign that I really could not afford.
Yes, Tom, a lot of Colorado conservatives supported you in a lot of your efforts with time and money, but how did you repay us after you lost the primary and got ready to vacate your congressional office? You decided to abandon all conservatives in this country by voting for the first of a string of so-called bail outs. Not what I call much of a thank you! How much money or power did you get for stabbing us in the back?
Yes, Tom, you have decided to thank all of your Colorado conservative supporters again by taking votes from the Republican candidate for governor, causing the Democrats to retain that office because you don’t feel the nomine is conservative enough for you. What a joke that is, coming from a back stabber like you.
Yes, Tom, I know you think we are too stupid to figure out what is best for us, including the decision of who will represent us in Colorado. I know I am unable to stop you from making another liberal decision for us Tom, but will I support you again?
No, Tom, no, no, no. I will not support you in your vain effort to show us how stupid we are in our choice for representation. Simple as that.
