Our current health care makes no sense
I’m an American citizen that worked hard all of my adult life until I became disabled from an accident on the job. I now live on a fixed income. I recently had tests done that determined I needed to be on oxygen. However, my insurance won’t cover my oxygen therapy unless I have another similar test. My insurance, however, will not cover the cost of the new test and it’s a struggle for me to pay it.
In the meantime, I am just waiting. Instead of being treated, my health continues to deteriorate and I continue to struggle while waiting for the insurance company to waste more time and money. This is our current health care. Does this make sense to anyone?
We should honor the election results and get behind President Trump
Mr. Borgen, in reply to your letter:
As usual, you spew forth with liberal talking points about how bad President Trump is, but offer no provable facts to back up your rant.
On the other hand, your chosen candidate has a long history of corruption that is provable.
Whether or not he won the “popular vote” is irrelevant since he did win the Electoral College vote as required by the Constitution.
When Obama won, you said, “We won and elections mean things” and demanded we all
get behind your president.
But now, your candidate lost and you show no interest in backing your own demands.
Why do you not honor the results when we, the people elect the weakest candidate?
