Colorado Birding Trail meeting Wednesday

Meeting tonight for trail information

Colorado Parks and Wildlife and the Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory are hosting an informational meeting 6–8 p.m. tonight about the Colorado Birding Trail in Grand Junction.

The meeting is at the CPW Northwest Region headquarters, 711 Independent Ave.

The Colorado Birding Trail program is a resource to help residents and visitors explore Colorado’s incredible diversity of wildlife and the habitats they depend on. The birding trail will link outdoor recreation sites, both public and private, into a network of sites where visitors can observe birds and other wildlife.

Food and refreshments will be provided.

Anyone interested in this program is welcome to attend. Please RSVP to Jeff Birek, 970-482-1707, ext. 25, or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
