See scorpions, then see the stars at Colorado National Monument

Scorpions, Scorpio and inspirational music by Paul Jensen mark this week’s free programs at Colorado National Monument.

Thursday, enjoy a ranger-led walk and discussion about scorpions. Saturday, Jensen and the Western Colorado Astronomy Club double-team for his concert from 6-7 p.m. and the club’s star party, 8-10 p.m.

There’s no admission fee but preregistration is required.
