Property stolen from business

Property valued at more than $2,200 was stolen from West Slope Ag Center, 2734 B 1/2 Road, sometime between 12 p.m. April 13 and 7:45 a.m. April 15.

According to Crime Stoppers of Mesa County, sometime over that weekend a Cobalt cordless impact driver and cordless drill, two sets of drill bits and a rifle pellet gun were stolen from the business.

Crime Stoppers is asking for information about the identity and whereabouts of the subjects involved in the crime. Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 241-7867. All information is anonymous and tipsters may earn up to $1,000. For more information, go to http://www.241stop.com.

 

According to the Grand Junction Police Department:

■  Someone stole items valued at less than $500 from a vehicle parked in the 400 block of Chert Drive April 24.

■  A window was broken on a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Market Street May 2 and items valued at $120 stolen from inside.

■  An 11-year-old boy was issued a summons May 3 on suspicion of stealing property valued at less than $100 from the John McConnell Math and Science Center of Western Colorado.

■  Someone entered a storage unit in the 100 block of South 17th Street May 3 and stole property valued at less than $500.

■  Raymond Riley, 69, was issued a summons May 3 in the 1800 block of North Seventh Street on suspicion of physical harassment.

■  Douglas Hamann, 57, was issued a summons Monday evening on suspicion of trespassing at Walmart, 2881 North Ave.

■  Michael Balen, 28, was issued a summons Tuesday morning at North Avenue and North 10th Street on suspicion of driving with a revoked license and no proof of insurance.

■  Patricia Snider, 43, was issued a summons Tuesday evening on suspicion of shoplifting from Walmart, 2881 North Ave.

■  Zachary Becker, 19, and Travis James, 21, were issued summonses Tuesday night in the 900 block of Northern Way — Becker on suspicion of underage possession of alcohol and James on suspicion of disorderly house.

■  Michelle Major, 19, and a 16-year-old girl were issued summonses Tuesday night after a traffic stop near 28 1/4 Road and Orchard Avenue on suspicion of possessing marijuana.

■  Chad Reed, 22, and Quiana Biskupski, 18, were issued summonses early Wednesday morning in the 400 block of East Niagara Circle, Reed on suspicion of disorderly house and Biskupski on suspicion of possessing alcohol.

■  A window valued at less than $500 was broken at a business in the 2000 block of South Broadway early Wednesday morning.

■  Someone stole a vehicle valued at more than $1,000 from the 2800 block of Texas Avenue Wednesday morning.

■  Kenneth Wilson, 44, was issued a summons Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of shoplifting items valued at less than $100 from Walmart, 2545 Rimrock Ave.

■  Alexies Mendez, McKenzie O’Hara and Rilee Martinez, all 18, were issued summonses Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of shoplifting items valued at less than $100 from Walmart, 2545 Rimrock Ave.

■  James Stoltman, 52, was issued a summons Wednesday evening in the 200 block of Rood Avenue on suspicion of drinking alcohol where prohibited.
