Where were you born? How long have you lived in the Mesa County area? What do you like most about it?
I was born and raised in Eagle County and moved to Grand Junction in 1987. I love the Grand Valley for all that it offers for recreation — I love the heat of the summer and mild winters. There is never a shortage of recreational outlets from the Mesa to the desert.

What is your specialty and what does that mean for the people you work with? 
I believe in a hands-on approach in helping people who are buying and selling property while guiding them through the process.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a home? 
Work with a team of professionals. Looking and finding the perfect property is one thing, but the selection of a quality lender and Realtor team supporting you will take you to the outcome of making the best purchasing decision for your circumstances.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a home? 
Your home is generally one of your largest financial holdings. Educate yourself on what is happening in the market and interview more than one agent. Just because you have a friend that is a Realtor, that may not be the best choice for your interests in getting your home sold.

Why should someone choose you as their real estate agent?
I am a dedicated professional and I don’t take me job lightly. I am here to assist my clients and customers reach their real estate goals. I pride myself in my honest caring approach.

What do you most enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I enjoy spending time with my husband and my Mom, hiking and enjoying our beautiful state and I love getting lost in a good book.

Any final thoughts? 
This is such a great climate to be purchasing property. Interest rates continually are holding at an all-time low, there is a real need in our market for listings and investors across the nation are taking advantage of these times and increasing their real estate portfolios.
