Marie Acree, 91, Clifton, died Aug. 2, 2010, in her home.

Services will be at at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Bethel Assembly of God.

Survivors include her husband, Clarence; two daughters, Helen McPherson of Craig and Thyra DeHaven of Seattle; two sisters, Cora Pote of Pine Bluff, Ark., and Roberta Mason of Pasadena, Calif.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Elizabeth “Betty” Giebrawski, 83, Grand Junction, died Au. 3, 2010, at Mesa Manor.

A private family service will be held.

Ms. Giebrawski was a vice president in banking.

Survivors include three daughters, Terry Lewis of Grand Junction, Gerry Barschow of Colorado and Merry Smith of Illionis; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Former Rifle resident Roger Mead, 86, died Aug. 3, 2010, at his Grand Junction home.

Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 13 at Martin Mortuary Chapel. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Aug. 14 at Messiah Lutheran Church. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Rifle.

Survivors include his wife, Lucille; two sons, Marshall of Highlands Ranch and Paul of Las Vegas; one daughter, Karen Mead of Grand Junction; 10 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Steven Phare, 69, Naturita, died Aug. 1, 2010, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Norwood.

Survivors include his wife, Lesa.

Mildred Eileen Williams, 82, Grand Junction, died August 2, 2010, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary and 9 to 9:45 a.m. Monday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2542 G Road. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be in Norwood.

Survivors include one son, Gary Paul of Egnar, three daughters, Fonda LoBach of Fruita, Marilynn Todd of Lewis and Sharon Williams of Las Vegas; two brothers, Roy Garner of Hotchkiss and Doug Garner of Arizona City, Ariz; 11 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
