This includes three on the Western Slope located in Grand Junction, Montrose and Telluride which focus on the counties of Mesa, Delta, Montrose, Ouray and San Miguel. We’ve insured Ranch and Commercial projects including the Albertson’s, Chimney Peak and Shinn Park Ranches as well as the Oxbow Commercial project in Montrose, the Corner Square development and RG Steel Wheeling Commercial properties in Grand Junction. In the Telluride market, we’ve insured Elkstone, the Valley Floor parcels and a variety of commercial projects both in the Town of Telluride and Mountain Village.

Who are your employees locally:
Sharon Dixon, Vice President, is responsible for the Western Slope region. She is a Colorado native, with 33 years experience. She also holds the Certified Title Insurance Specialist designation through Land Title Association of Colorado, is a Licensed Title Officer, has certifications for both Senior Certified Real Estate and Loan Closings, is a Toastmaster Bronze and a Rotarian. Sharon was hired in 2005 to open the Western Slope operation for the company.
Kelli Vanderhoofven, Branch Manager for Grand Junction, has over 15 years experience. Kelli is also a licensed Title Officer.
Diane Gorrono, Branch Manager for Montrose has over 35 years experience. She has her certifications for both Senior Certified Real Estate and Loan Closings. She’s also a licensed Title Officer
For the Grand Junction area Kelli Vanderhoofven and Angela Walter are Escrow Officers, Aubrey Haas is in charge of Sales and Business Development, Nyk Harper takes care of processing and operations, LeAnn Fisher, Sharon Dixon and Steve Wood complete the real property records examination and underwriting.
For the Montrose and Telluride area Diane Gorrono is the Escrow and Office Manager with the assistance of Cheryl Lahe running the processing operations.
