A story on Page One Sunday should have indicated Mesa County Commissioner Rose Pugliese plans to introduce a resolution later this month to the three-member commission to support an effort to remake the Colorado House or Colorado Senate to include one representative from each of the state’s 64 counties. Last month, she tried, and failed, to get the two other commissioners to agree to a resolution supporting an effort to create a 51st state out of some Colorado counties, which voters in 11 Colorado counties are considering in today’s election.
