The 2014 Home Improvement & Remodeling Expo is right around the corner and we are currently accepting contracts for booth reservations and sponsorship for our 39th Annual Show! Our expo is the oldest and largest on the Western Slope! We invite you to showcase your product or service to more than 4,000 consumers! Dates for this year’s expo are March 7-9 at Two Rivers Convention Center in Downtown Grand Junction.

What types of vendors showcase their businesses in your show?
We have EVERYONE who is part of the housing industry under one roof during the three days of the expo: builders/developers, landscapers, heating and cooling contractors, general contractors, carpet/tile vendors, furniture, windows and coverings, awnings, spas… just to name a few! The HBA’s Home Expo is a great way to get your product in front of potential consumers. A one-stop-shopping environment allows consumers feel at ease while looking for products and services, getting to know you and your sales team, asking questions and learning about the latest products on the market. Whether they are in the market for a brand-new home or updating their current one, they’ll find a wide variety of services in one location.
How many attendees were there in 2013?
We had approximately 4,500 attendees with more than 80 different vendors in our show!
I am a member of the Housing & Building Association of NW Colorado. Do I get a discount on my booth?
YES! All HBA members receive a discount on their booths versus non-members of the association. Our website shows information about our association. We are a not for profit organization associated with both the Colorado and National Association of Home Builders. We work hard to keep the building industry going strong on the Western Slope. Our expo is one of our largest fundraisers for the HBA!
When is the deadline to reserve my booth or become a sponsor?
The deadline to reserve your space and be included in our vendor page in the official Home Expo Program is Feb. 1, 2014. Don’t wait until then, as we may not have any spaces left!
What advertising do you do for the event?
We work closely with our media partners promoting the event in the weeks prior to and during the event. From live broadcasts to the official program, this event is heavily marketed on the Western Slope!
