Home Care of the Grand Valley celebrates nine years in business in 2011. We have been successful thanks to our dedicated professional staff and all of our community partners.
We have been the recipient of the HomeCare Elite award recognizing us as one of the top Agencies in the nation 4 years in a row, 2006-2009.
Our agency specializes in nursing and therapy services brought to individuals homes in the Grand Valley from birth to 99. Other services we provide are social services counseling and referral case management, neonatal and pediatric care for critically-ill infants and children.
The Wellness Program provides personal care, homemaking and companion type services to individuals in the healthiest of settings, their home. Home Care of the Grand Valley provides Telehealth vital sign Telemonitoring and Lifeline personal electronic monitoring systems.
