Where did you grow up?
I was born in Phoenix, Ariz. and moved to Breckenridge, Colo. for a short period of time, and then lived in Colorado Springs, Colo.  We moved to Grand Junction when I was in 7th grade.

Family:
Amazing wife – Traeana, fabulous daughter – Ella, awesome son – Tanner.

What do you enjoy most about living in the Grand Junction area?
I love the sense of community here in Grand Junction. There are lots of great people in our town.  I also love all the outdoor recreation.  I am an avid outdoorsman and really enjoy hunting, fishing and camping.

How long have you worked in real estate?
I have been licensed for 10 years.  I have spent my entire real estate career with RE/MAX 4000.

What would you consider your specialty?
I have been involved in many forms and types of real estate from residential new construction to commercial leasing.  I love selling real estate, and I truly enjoy the opportunity to help the real estate professionals of RE/MAX 4000 in my role as managing broker.  My specialty is the care and support of the agents in my office. I find ways to solve and resolve potential problems that others might shy away from while always looking for a win-win scenario.

Do you have any accreditations or certifications?
I am licensed as the Employing Broker of RE/MAX 4000.  I have also obtained my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, or CDPE.  I became a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2010, and have since served on the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association as both Chairman and Director.

What is the most gratifying aspect of what you do?

I have 3:

1. Providing customer service that goes beyond what clients and brokers expect.

2. Helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

3. Helping brokers reach their highest potential with the training and tools that our office provides. For example, we just finished creating our own company specific RE/MAX 4000 app.

What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home today?
