Where were you born? How long have you lived in the Mesa County area?
I was born in Glenwood Springs, lived in Rifle until I was 5 years old then moved to Grand Junction in 1959.
What do you like most about living in this area?
Mesa County has every element for great living. Awesome outdoor activities, unique special views in every direction, wineries, locally grow fruit and vegetables, lots of sunshine and a community that works together.
How long have you worked in real estate? What did you do before that?
I have been licensed since 1977 and actively selling real estate for 32 years. Prior, I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor of arts degree and worked as a branch administrative manager for a stock brokerage firm in Denver.
What is your specialty and what does that mean for the people you work with?
Residential and investment sales has always been so rewarding to me and is the reason I started my career so long ago. I was afforded the opportunity in 1997 to add commercial sales and tenant leasing to my range of real estate services and have continued to grow in both areas.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to buy a property? What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a property?
Buying and selling real estate is complex, detailed and demands constant attention. Use a licensed professional Realtor who is knowledgeable about the area, the market and one who is dedicated to helping people with their real estate needs.
Why should someone choose
you as their real estate agent?
I am honest, experienced and have strong work ethics.
What do you most enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, learning to play golf, and taking advantage of the abundant outdoor opportunities such as fishing and hunting.
