The Mesa County Fair will celebrate its 125th anniversary with fireworks, the Grand Junction Centennial Band and a cake decorating contest among other events from July 17–21 at the fairgrounds, 2785 U.S. Highway 50.
A few of the things to be seen at the fair in addition to the exhibits and carnival are the concerts, a demolition derby, rodeos, sand sculpture and demonstrations, according to http://www.mesacountyfair.com.
