I specialize in the leasing and sale of commercial investment properties and development land.

As in any form of real estate, if you plan to lease or sell a property in the future you may want to consider the needs of the typical future tenant or buyer in your current purchase decision and value the property accordingly.
What is one tip you have for someone looking to sell a property?
Try to find ways outside of the price alone to increase the size of the potential market for the asset.

What do you most enjoy doing when you’re not working?
