Property tax deadline Wednesday

The deadline to pay the second and final installment of Colorado property taxes is Wednesday.

Property owners can check the status of their tax bills at treasurer.mesacounty.us, click on the “property taxes” button and then on “status and electronic payments” to get directions for 2010 taxes payable in 2011, said Mesa County Treasurer Janice Rich.

Property owners who pay their taxes in full must have paid them by April 30.
