Stellar Realty, which originally opened in the summer of 2013, finished the year strong and is looking forward to a very robust 2014. Mark Shaw, a Grand Junction native with over 30 years of real estate experience reported that Stellar has seen consistent growth in listings and sales and contributes the success to the focus he and his team place on their clients and providing real service and real results.

Heiden Homes recognizes top agents for February. Mary Kruse recorded the most closed transactions and the highest dollar volume in February for Heiden Homes Realty and Associates. Cynthia Castaneda posted the most new listings for the month.
MarKruse is a Colorado native who returned to the state after selling a business which she and her husband owned in Arizona. She enjoys traveling and photographing wildlife. In addition to serving as a Realtor, she helps with management duties at Heiden Homes.
Castaneda loves helping first-time home buyers and the excitement that comes with purchasing a new home. She also enjoys keeping herself busy with multiple jobs, but says her true love is her faith in God and understanding He is the reason.
Cynthia Castaneda’s family is very important to her, and she says they keep her going and grounded. Like most families, they love gathering together, helping each other and trying to encourage one another. There are many needs, which leads her to work even harder, trying to give instead of receive.
Castaneda has been married to Nick Castaneda for more than 30 years and the couple has two children—Domonique and Brandon, who are graduates of Central High School in Grand Junction. Cynthia is involved in her church as a Sunday school teacher.

Angela grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colo. as a child and moved to the East Coast, living there until joining the U.S. Navy. After her enlistment, she returned to Colorado in 1998 to start a family in Grand Junction and received a geology degree from Colorado Mesa University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and four dogs doing activities such as rock hounding, hiking, fishing, skiing, camping, boating, and jeeping. With over 15 years of experience in the building and interior design Industry, Kathy Wise is a true native, raising two sons and one daughter in the Grand Valley, which has given her the opportunity to explore all the great things that the Grand Valley has to offer.
