Greyhound Real Estate
Jennifer Cirka is excited to announce that she has recently started her own real estate brokerage and has become an independent Realtor with Greyhound Real Estate. With three years of experience and serving all of Mesa County, Colorado, Jennifer specializes in selling homes while saving her clients money.
Jennifer is happy to expand on her Full Service – Flat Fee Home Sales Program that she started in June, 2016. With this unique program, she sells the average Grand Junction home for only $2,500 plus a buyers agent fee, thus her home sellers save an average of $4,300 while still receiving complete MLS listing service, including professional photography and advertising.
Jennifer has also recently released her Buy with Me and Save Program where she will rebate part of her commission to the home buyer to assist with paying their closing costs. Jennifer said, “This program is an excellent option for buyers who love to search the internet to find homes and have a good idea of what they want in their next home. The fewer homes we view, the higher their savings will be.”
Greyhound Real Estate is a different option for buying and selling homes than the traditional percentage rate charged by most real estate professionals. For more information on her programs and how you can save money using her services, please visit her website at or call her directly at 970-270-5757.
About Greyhound Real Estate: Jennifer Cirka started Greyhound Real Estate in January of 2017 because she felt that the real estate market has changed, yet the traditional percentage rate that most real estate professionals charged has not. Her programs are based on other successful companies across the country. Greyhound Real Estate is a virtual office with paperless transactions and offers a free property search app to its clients.

Keller Williams
Colorado West Realty
Kristie Gerber is happy to announce that she has joined Keller Williams Colorado West Realty. She is joining forces with her son, Ian Gallegos, who is also a Realtor at Keller Williams. Kristie has been serving the real estate needs of her friends and clients in Mesa County since 2007 and is excited for all that the future holds in her new venture. She and Ian will be announcing the name of the group they are forming at a welcome open house celebration in the spring.
Kristie is a Colorado native and a 42-year resident of Grand Junction. She and her husband, Sean, have raised four children in this wonderful valley and still have a daughter at home. The family stays busy enjoying all that western Colorado has to offer including camping, fishing, riding ATVs, hiking, cookouts, hunting and visits to the Dinosaur Museum, Museum of Western Colorado and the wonderful Mesa County Public Library. They also enjoy hosting barbecues with their very large family (grandchild number eight coming in August). Kristie volunteers with the Red Cross, her church, and various middle school sports teams and also serves on the public relations committee of the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association. This committee is responsible for organizing The Big Give food drive, The Realtors Remember event on Memorial Day weekend and many other community events throughout the year.
Real Estate has proven to be Kristie’s passion and a career that has helped her to meet so many wonderful people. Kristie believes that this is still a person-to-person business and that even with all the great technological tools available, there is still a need for personal contact and the real estate industry fosters that belief and desire. She feels that the ability to help people make their dreams of homeownership come true is such a blessing and she can’t wait to continue this work at her new office.
Kristie can be reached at 970-216-2541 - Cell or 970-256-9100 - Office or email her at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
