Toni Heiden-Moran celebrated 34 years in the real estate business on March 28, making her one of the most experienced Realtors in Mesa County.

Starting her career in 1978, Heiden-Moran has worked through the cycles of booms and busts in the local market. She opened her own business, Heiden Homes Realty and Associates, in 2003 and is celebrating eight years of business in historic downtown Grand Junction.

The business won the U.S. Commerce Association’s Best of Grand Junction Award in the Real Estate Agents and Managers category in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The award recognized excellence in marketing and community service in the Grand Junction area.

Heiden-Moran is a former member of the Grand Junction Area Board of Realtors and is currently a board member for the Grand Junction Symphony and the Bookcliff Knife and Fork Club.
