Trent Heiden has joined Heiden Homes Realty and Associates, becoming the 18th Realtor in the company. Heiden, 41, is a Grand Junction native and graduate of Grand Junction High School and Intellitec College, where he earned a degree in computer service.
In addition to living in the Grand Valley, he’s resided in Breckenridge, Fort Collins and Telluride. He’s worked primarily as an electrician and was employed by Barnes Electric in Grand Junction.
Trent joins the business founded by his mother, Toni Heiden, in 2003. He says he enjoys working with people, showing them homes and seeing what homes are like in various parts of the area. While working as an electrician, he says he learned the quality of construction is generally very good in Mesa County.
Trent is married to Melanie Heiden, who also joined Heiden Homes Realty this year. Trent has two children, Janelle Heiden, 23, and Anthony Heiden, 22. He also has stepchildren Chance Eden, 15, and Melody Eden, 12.
Trent enjoys the outdoors and loves the hiking, fishing, skiing and biking opportunities in western Colorado. He also enjoys living in a place which has four seasons and “some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.” He loves to spend time with family and friends and likes attending Grand Junction Rockies games and recreating at Lincoln Park and Colorado National Monument. He’s looking forward to the completion of the Avalon Theater renovation. The theater is a block from the Heiden Homes office.

Mary Ann grew up in Salt Lake City, where her family ran a business called The Growing Concern. Additionally, Mary Ann began mowing lawns with her dad at age 11 and earned a reputation for getting it just right. Her lifelong love of gardening began at an early age.
Mary Ann also enjoys spending time with her husband, Bryan, and their dog, Tanka. She stays in close touch with her grown daughter, Erin, who lives in Gunnison. Mary Ann also invests time in various needlework projects and loves to read. A committed member of her church fellowship, she especially enjoys singing in the choir.
