Doug Van Etten, in his 22nd year as a licensed Realtor, has joined the new office of Cherry Creek Properties Real Estate (CCP). CCP’s new office is located at 804 Grand Ave. in Grand Junction, at the corner of 8th & Grand.

In addition to serving the needs of home buyers and sellers Van Etten is also the founder of the Grand Junction Real Estate Investors Network (REIN) which operates now under the name wCAREi. Providing the highest quality realty service and expertise for first time buyers and sellers as well as for those clients who maybe be moving up or down the property pricing spectrum is Van Etten’s commitment.

Client education has always been a hall mark of Van Etten’s real estate service. He has taught first time home buyers classes, conducted investors seminars and written published columns of real estate advice.

Outside the real estate part of life, Doug is married to local fiber artist, Mary Hertert, whose business Color Creek Fiber Art has made a name for itself from Moab to Denver. Together Doug and Mary founded and continue to organize the outdoor adventure club known as the Western Slope Adventurers; a free-membership hiking, backpacking, river tripping, canyoneering and biking group with over 350 members and ten or more activities a week many weeks of the year
