Unifirst Mortgage is proud to announce that Ky Oday has joined the Mortgage Origination Department in the Grand Junction office as a loan officer.

Ky began working in the real estate industry in 2002. He has worked in Grand Junction as a commercial and residential loan officer for two area banks for the past 8 years. For four years Ky served as a board member for Northwestern Colorado Home Builders Association.

Ky is a Grand Junction Lions member since February 2004 and served on the board for eight years and as president for 2010 and 2011. He currently serves on the board for CMU Alumni Association 2011.

Ky was raised in Grand Junction and was a prominent athlete in the valley in both high school and college. Ky graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Journalism.

Realtor Ken Heitt honored for 25 years of service to Grand Junction Symphony
Ken Heitt,  real estate agent at Heiden Homes Realty and Associates, was recently honored for 25 years of service to the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra.  Heitt, who is a principal bassoonist, was honored along with other members of the Symphony, the Symphony Board and the Symphony Guild during a ceremony at Colorado Mesa University on April 18.

Heitt is married with two grown children and eight grandchildren. In addition to performing in the Symphony, he enjoys fishing, biking, and skiing.

Ken specializes in vacant land, investment real estate, and residential property. He recently joined the Heiden Referral program, through which an agent may semi-retire and earn referral fees by referring clients to Heiden Homes.
